Sourcing, category management and supplier management for both goods and services will be undertaken at the most appropriate level for each category. Management may be at global, regional, Customer Sector Group and/or individual asset/site levels.

Supplying to BHP Billiton
Unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with BHP Billiton, all Goods and Services supplied to BHP Billiton are required to be supplied in accordance with our standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. (see below):
